Job responsibilities will include:
- Phone communication, schedule appointments and maintain leadership calendars
- Client intake & provide potential clients information, next steps
- Coordination with local contractors and venders
- Prepare, collect and distribute/ file mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters, reports, project documentation, and contracts.
- Create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical
- Manage project accounts, invoicing and perform bookkeeping
- Manage digital marketing across all platforms, including social media and updating website
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have 3-5 years experience in Administrative assistant duties.
- Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Acrobat, QuickBooks
