The interior fit-out involved the completed the design, renovation, and tenant fit-out in Burlington, MA. The project transformed a commercial space located in a new retail development into a warm and bright elevated organic pizza shop.

The project transformed a commercial space at the Shoppes at Simonds Park into a warm, inviting bakery and café. Our team crafted design and construction documents tailored to the client’s vision—celebrating homemade baked goods like pies, cookies, and pastries—while ensuring the space supports efficient operation and a welcoming environment for the community

For this wellness and therapy facility, our team provided comprehensive services including code review and life safety planning, ADA compliance as required, and coordination with client-provided specialty equipment such as saunas, red light therapy rooms, plunge tubs, a Normatec lounge, and physical therapy tools and equipment. The scope also included the design and planning of shower rooms, a locker room, bathrooms, and the reception and waiting area, ensuring a cohesive and functional space tailored to the client’s needs. 

This project involves the design, construction documents, and construction administration for the tenant fit-out of The Family Nest, which will house both a State of NH certified daycare center and a work coop area. The scope includes creating a safe and functional environment for both spaces, with a dedicated outdoor play area for the daycare. We ensured the design meets all regulatory requirements while providing a supportive, welcoming space for families and professionals. 

This project involves the tenant fit-out of a family-friendly café, designed to offer both a welcoming atmosphere and flexible use of space. The scope includes an open concept layout, a coffee service counter, a small child play area, a vending snack area, and patron seating. Additionally, the design includes a group meeting space, an accessible bathroom, and ample storage. The space is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating both everyday café use and special events. 

This project involves an interior renovation, tenant fit-out, and building envelope repairs for a commercial property. The scope includes a new lobby with a reception desk for two and a waiting area, a customer break-out area, and a demo room. It also features an Audio/Visual training center with a small serving area, management offices, and open office areas for Engineering, Sales, and Finance/Accounting. Employee spaces include a break room, lounge, and restrooms, with reorganization and additions as needed. Conference rooms include an executive room, a larger room, and multiple huddle rooms. Additional spaces include a data center and a confidential client center adjacent to the Audio/Visual room.
